Position Overview

As a Medical Technologist, you will be responsible for conducting precise laboratory tests and analyses that are essential for diagnosing and treating patients. Your role ensures the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of laboratory results, contributing to effective patient care.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests (hematology, microbiology, chemistry, immunology, and blood banking).
  • Ensure accuracy and validity of test results through proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
  • Collect, process, and analyze specimens while adhering to safety and quality control standards.
  • Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide diagnostic support.
  • Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
  • Participate in continuing education and training to stay updated with new laboratory practices.

Qualification

  • Graduate of BS Medical Technology.
  • With a valid PRC license.
  • Possesses relevant laboratory experience (hospital or diagnostic setting preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
