Position Overview

As a Cashier, you will be responsible for managing patient billing and financial transactions with accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality. Your role ensures smooth payment processing, proper documentation, and excellent customer service, contributing to the clinic’s reliable financial operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process patient billing, payments, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
  • Issue official receipts and maintain proper records of all financial transactions.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of financial data.
  • Assist patients with billing inquiries and provide clear explanations of charges.
  • Balance daily transactions and prepare cash reports for submission.
  • Coordinate with the accounting department for reconciliation of accounts.
  • Handle cash, credit, and electronic payments responsibly in compliance with clinic policies.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
  • With relevant experience in cash handling, billing, or financial transactions.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
